Suki Bahi started off strong in her real estate career, earning the Medallion Top 10% Award in her first year in the business. She began her journey nineteen years ago, taking the plunge and following her lifelong passion. “It was something I always knew I wanted to do,” Suki says. “Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to go see houses, I loved everything about them, it was like shopping. Sixteen years in, and I still love what I do.” 

Suki has built a thriving business and earned a sterling reputation with clients for her availability, drive, and dedication. Having worked previously as a paralegal and office manager, Suki has a versatile skill-set, which she applies to all kinds of transactions, from commercial, to land assembly, to residential, and to brand-new construction. Born and raised in Vancouver, Suki has an on-the-ground knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas that her clients love. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, she is well-poised to serve the diverse and international clientele of the region. 

With her work-ethic, positive spirit, and personable approach, it is no surprise that Suki’s referral and repeat client rate sits at 95%, a testament to her exceptional customer care. To keep in touch with her past clients, Suki prefers a personal approach, writing handwritten cards to each of her clients every year. To market her clients’ listings, Suki pulls out all the stops to attract competitive offers. From virtual tours, to beautiful photography including 3D dollhouses, to brochures, to newspaper advertisements, Suki devises custom marketing campaigns based on target demographics. Recently, Suki was featured in the CTV news and CTV national news when one of her client’s homes sold for $500,000 above the asking price, breaking an all-time record for a strata property. She is also a Master Gold Medallion Member, putting her in the top of the market.

Suki finds fulfillment in the interpersonal relationships she is able to form. “It doesn’t feel like a job,” Suki says. “I have clients who I’ve built really good friendships with. I really love my clients. That’s what keeps me going. It’s not about the money. It’s about seeing how happy my clients are. Their joy is my joy. The client whose home sold for $500,000 above asking is in his late 80’s, and seeing his joy when I told him is the kind of moment that makes it all worth it.”

Dedicated to her community, Suki donates to the Richmond Food Bank, Hope Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Wish Foundation and has volunteered at numerous places, and loves to sponsor local kids’ sports teams. When she is not busy helping clients or giving back her time, Suki’s passion is kayaking.

Thrilled with what she has built, Suki has no plans to slow down. “I want to keep doing what I’m doing,” Suki says. “My belief is that, yes, you do have to work hard, but also if you have a happy outlook, good things will come to you.”
